TERMS, CONDITIONS, REFUND, PAYMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY:
DEFINITIONS
Throughout this Policy, "the Company" refers to ACB Co., Ltd., 52nd Street Co., Ltd., their affiliated websites, ticketing platforms, event partners, stadium partners and authorised representatives operating ticketing, booking and related services.
By purchasing tickets, making a booking, using our websites or attending an event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SALES AND CANCELLATIONS
All ticket sales are final.
Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be provided except in the circumstances described below.
Refunds will only be issued where:

The event is cancelled and no suitable alternative event is offered.

The Company is unable to provide a valid ticket.

A refund is required by applicable law.

Tickets are sold for admission to a live sporting event. Fight cards, participating fighters, bout orders, event schedules, event durations and event start times may change without notice and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback or payment dispute.
The Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing errors, operational issues or other legitimate business reasons are identified.
USED TICKETS
A ticket is considered used once it has been scanned, validated, presented for entry, used for admission or otherwise accepted by venue staff.
Used tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
EVENT CHANGES
Customers acknowledge that Muay Thai events are live sporting events.
Fight cards, participating fighters, bout orders, event schedules, event durations, event start times and event formats may change without notice due to injury, illness, regulatory requirements, venue requirements, operational requirements or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback or payment dispute.
SEATING AND VIEWING POSITIONS
Unless specifically confirmed in writing by the Company or an authorised representative, ticket purchases do not guarantee a specific seat number, row number, table number or viewing position.
Customers purchasing tickets within a seating category including VIP, Ringside, Stadium or General Admission are purchasing admission to that category only.
Seating is generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary according to venue operations and event requirements.
Requests for specific seats, rows, tables or viewing positions are treated as requests only and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the Company.
Failure to receive a preferred seat, row, table or viewing position does not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, dispute or claim that the service was not as described.
ARRIVAL AND ADMISSION
Customers are responsible for arriving at the venue in sufficient time to attend the event.
No refunds will be provided for late arrival, missed bouts, transport delays, traffic conditions, weather conditions, flight delays, accommodation issues or any other circumstances outside the Company's control.
The Event Organiser, Stadium Owner or Venue Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue without refund where their behaviour is disorderly, unsafe, abusive, unlawful or likely to negatively affect the enjoyment of other guests.
TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the customer at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Their email provider is able to receive messages from the Company.
Failure to check spam folders, junk folders, promotional folders or email filtering systems does not constitute non-delivery of tickets.

PAYMENT SECURITY
The Company may utilise fraud prevention, identity verification, payment authentication and security systems provided by payment processors, banks and card networks.

Where a customer raises a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud claim or other payment investigation, the Company reserves the right to provide relevant information and evidence to payment processors, banks, card issuers, fraud prevention providers, regulators, law enforcement agencies and other authorised parties.
